A credit from our store or gift certificate from our catalog will be issued in the event that proof of purchase cannot be located. Merchandise that is refused because it doesn't fit will also be refunded in merchandise or store credit only.

If a customer chooses to alter their furniture to facilitate delivery or installation, the decision to then accept the merchandise as a return or offer a refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
